Desert Animal Companions is a resource for information about individuals and groups working in partnership to better the lives of people and companion animals on the Navajo Reservation. The primary purpose of this site is to raise awareness, connect people who wish to contribute with people providing services, assist networking and partnership among concerned individuals and groups, and ultimately to relieve the suffering and misery of companion animals living on the Navajo Reservation.

Coyoteclan is a website devoted to the life and work of author, naturalist, and environmental activist Terry Tempest Williams. The site features a full description of Terry's books, links to many online articles written by and about her, interviews, a bibliography, and quotes from the author's works. There are also numerous links to information about Terry's environmental activism and advocacy. The home page features news and events and the author's Twitter feed. I have worked on this site from 2001 through the present.

Santa Cruz County Office of Education features a mega-dropdown navigation bar, news features and highlights on the home page, and a complete website redesign, a php event calendar and integration with social media on Facebook and Twitter. I have been the webmaster of this site through several iterations, from 2002 through the present.



Technology Information Center for Administrative Leadership
Technology Information Center for Administrative Leadership (TICAL)


TICAL features dynamic content delivered by a PHP/MySQL backend, whose home page showcases jquery panels and rounded-corner display boxes. TICAL has also been through a complete redesign. The site uses WordPress for several key features, and has authentication with special features for registered users. The site is designed to scale with the addition of other states (currently CA and AR). The TICAL portal works in conjunction with several social media tools such as Ning, Twitter, Facebook, and other 21st century tools for education professionals. TICAL is a statewide project serving educational professionals in the states of California and Arkansas.
